TERMS OF RESEARCH EQUIPMENT HIRE FROM FON
- Equipment is available post contract signing by both parties.
- The hirer is liable for any loss or damage, fined at market price.
- Rent paid daily from pickup to return; extensions require written agreement.
- Hirer inspects on receipt; FON ensures initial good condition.
- Return in original condition; late returns may incur additional charges.
- Equipment used only for its intended purpose; no modifications without written consent.
- Hirer encouraged obtaining insurance coverage.
- Either party can terminate for breach with written notice.
- Agreement governed by the NGO policy, disputes resolved through arbitration or mediation.
- Both parties must understand and agree to these terms before signing.
- Trainees from ‘Wildlife Research Techniques Training’ will get 50% discount in the mentioned rate.
